EK Engineering, P.C. provides comprehensive Energy Conservation Analysis that is specific to the clients project requirements and budget. Our Energy Conservation Analysis is based on industry standards including ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Engineers), LEED (Leader in Energy and Environmental Design) and AEE (Association of Energy Engineers). We design for small to large projects for residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects. EK Engineering, P.C. energy conservation analysis includes energy bench-marking, energy audits, energy conservation measures,payback analysis and life cycle cost analysis. Once the client reviews the proposed energy conservation measures, EK Engineering, P.C. Professional Engineers produce the signed and sealed Construction Drawings and Specifications. Prior to the start of construction, signed and sealed Design Drawings and Specifications by a licensed Professional Engineer are required to submitted for approval to the Building Department Having Jurisdiction. The Design Drawings and Specifications must be in accordance with the the applicable Building Codes and Energy Codes. Our Design Engineering Services include the following:
